The amount refunded will depend on your subscription plan and the number of days consumed. We will refund the amount for the balance meals. The refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the account details. E.g If you have subscribed for 30 days and all 4 meals for ₹32,400 and consumed only 14 days it will be considered as a 14-day subscription(which costs ₹15680) and we will be refund the balance i.e ₹16,720.
No, not in person. The consultation will happen over a phone call, whatsapp or email and your nutritionist will be available for you between 11 am and 6 pm except Sundays.
The menu is a mix of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. You may choose dishes as per your requirements.
Not necessary. But if you have any pre-existing conditions please consult your doctor before starting the meal subscription and inform your nutritionist.

We provide meals breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. However you may choose to opt for any number of meals (ranging from 1-4).
We deliver all your meals in the morning between 8 am and 10 am. However if requested deliveries can be made in the second slot between 3 pm and 5pm.
